                                                    Chord cutting meditation We all are forever making connections with people in the physical.world as well as the energetic world. In the physical world  the connections manifest as acquaintances , friends,  relatives , people whome we love and some we do not like so much , maybe hate or we feel that they downright drain out energies and create a lot of negativity in our lives. We are sending energetic chords to even those people whome we are getting annoyed and upset with !!! Even those people from whome we are trying to run away from or we kind of shun them !!! We built energetic chords with our loved ones and that's why even when they are sad or upset , we are able to feel their pain or sadness,  though we might not really understand or perceive the source of our sadness . Whenever any relationship becomes toxic , and drains our energy,  it is a sign that we need to cut out energetic chords from them. This helps us stop them.fr

                                                                                                                                                                               Guftagu with the waves It must have been nearly an hour of perhaps a little more than that , that i sat there taking in the waves comming on the shore, sharing their gurgling laughter with everyone there and then regressing back softly. It all looked so serene , and so perfect , i was kind of mesmerised at the whole scene unfolding in front of me .                         JUST "B" The universe has an uncanny way of reaching out to you!  And this happened like just out of the blue for me today . I was sitting on the beach wondering what should I be doing to maximize my self enrichment at this beautiful sea side.  It was dusk and the sun  had already set. It is monsoon , and  it had rained heavily theough the day, the life guards had warned people not to go in the sea , so there were very few people on the beach, the few those were there, were sitting quietly, or, a few handful of them were walking on the sand . The quietness and the peace was palpable, and the roar of the waves was filling up the senses. With the darkness enveloping everything  a point came when all I could see was darkness all around and the light muddy white  surf gurgling up to the shores and then regressing again .  For a while I sat there watching whatever I could see, then my conscious mind raised its head, and I felt that I am wasting my time just

                                                                    Affirmations I have been besotted with affirmations since the time i learnt Reiki in 1998. What struck me the most was that we are intending the whole day! we are affirming the whole day ! Whenever we use the terms I AM we are setting it in motion in the most powerful energetic way!
