                        JUST "B" The universe has an uncanny way of reaching out to you!  And this happened like just out of the blue for me today . I was sitting on the beach wondering what should I be doing to maximize my self enrichment at this beautiful sea side.  It was dusk and the sun  had already set. It is monsoon , and  it had rained heavily theough the day, the life guards had warned people not to go in the sea , so there were very few people on the beach, the few those were there, were sitting quietly, or, a few handful of them were walking on the sand . The quietness and the peace was palpable, and the roar of the waves was filling up the senses.
